Filling Minds and Tummies

The LPS Foundation provided $50,000 in funding to provide healthy breakfast and lunch meals to kids in our community at the height of the pandemic.  Over 125,000 meals were provided!  The LPS Nutrition Services Team made it fun for kids by dressing up in costumes and providing that awesome connection to school that kids were craving.  LPS Bus Drivers were happy to drive bus routes and help deliver the meals to eager, appreciative, and happy kids.  The LPS Foundation also provided $10,000 in funding to purchase all levels and all kinds of books to give out to kids along with the meals.  Thank you to our generous supporters for joining in this effort with us!
