This February, the Littleton Public Schools Foundation launched Love for LPS, a new Valentine’s season appreciation campaign designed to celebrate the incredible people who make Littleton Public Schools such a special place to work.

The response has been overwhelming—in the first week alone, more than 300 nominations were submitted, each one a heartfelt “love note” recognizing a colleague who goes above and beyond for students and coworkers.

Through a quick and meaningful nomination form, staff are invited to share why a coworker deserves some love this Valentine’s season. Each message is shared directly with the nominee, spreading encouragement and appreciation across schools and departments. Every nomination also serves as an entry into a random prize drawing.

While fun prizes are part of the campaign—including a grand prize hotel stay and dinner for two—what truly stands out are the stories. Love for LPS has highlighted the kindness, dedication, and teamwork that happen every day across our district.

Nominations remain open through February 12, with winners announced on Friday, February 13. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far and helped make February a little brighter for the LPS community.
