2026 Employee Giving Campaign

For 35 years, the LPS Foundation has helped launch student journeys—fueling opportunities that help students discover their potential, pursue their dreams, and reach new heights.

This year’s Employee Giving Campaign is an opportunity for LPS employees to help fuel the next generation of student journeys. Together, even small gifts can create extraordinary impact across our schools. Last year, nearly 10% of employees donated $30,000 through the campaign. 

Ready for launch? Here’s how you can make an impact:

• Make a monthly contribution via payroll deduction
• Already contributing? Grow your impact by increasing your gift

Imagine what we could do together. If every LPS employee gave just $5 per month, we could generate $114,000 in annual support—funding more classroom grants, expanding mental health resources, and creating opportunities that help LPS students soar.

Prizes

When you give between September 14 - 25, you’ll also have the chance to win:

Grand Prize: A one-night stay at Hotel Clio (Cherry Creek) and a gift certificate to Toro Latin Kitchen (Worth over $500)

Other Prizes: $250 Southwest gift card, "choose your journey" packages with $50 to your choice of an Aspen Grove retailer, and two tickets to the Spirit Celebration on April 1, 2027 

School/program prize for highest percentage of staff who give: A coffee cart for your school or program

Coffee Cart Contest

Get ready to brew up some excitement! The school or program with the highest percentage of employees participating in this year's employee giving campaign will score a coffee cart! Imagine a day when the aroma of fresh coffee fills the air, and your whole team gets to sip and savor delicious drinks! It's our way of saying “thank you” for your generosity and team spirit. So rally your crew, because the more who give, the closer you are to a caffeinated celebration. 

We know that everyone who works at LPS already gives deeply of themselves to this organization, but a gift to the Foundation is a great way to show our colleagues and students that our work is important and that we support each other’s success. 

Our hope is that every employee will be a part of the Employee Giving Campaign at whatever level is comfortable.
